1.1 The Committee received a technical briefing on the Welsh Revenue Authority’s Performance Report - 2019 to 2020 from Dyfed Alsop, Chief Executive; Rebecca Godfrey, Chief Strategy Officer; Sam Cairns, Operating Officer; and Adam Al-Nuami, Head of Data Analysis.

6 Scrutiny of the Senedd Commission Draft Budget 2021-22: Consideration of draft report
6.1 The Committee agreed the draft report with minor changes.

9 Consideration of Internal Market Bill
9.1 The Committee considered a Research Service paper and correspondence regarding the Internal Market Bill.
9.2 The Committee agreed that the Chair, Llyr Gruffydd MS and Alun Davies MS will attend the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee’s session on 2 November, to take evidence from the Counsel General on the EU withdrawal arrangements.
